My Training Philosophy

As a personal health and fitness trainer I try to bring a unique and personal approach to each of my clients. Motivation and specific direction is different for each of my clients.
With my education and personal training experience I help people at any level achieve their health and fitness goals.
CrossFit gives my clients the avenue to achieve their goals through its training and nutrition program, which is designed to be unique to the client's specific goals.
CrossFit is just a part of my lifestyle and I have seen significant changes in my health and fitness level, but I have also done other training modalities to make me stronger and healthier as well. My clients have adopted CrossFit's principles and have seen dramatic improvements in their lives.
Having knowledge of CrossFit's key principles is a large component of success with my clients. Knowing the benefits of the workouts and the correct technique allows my clients to make great strides towards their ultimate health and fitness goals.

New beginnings with new clients

It has been a long time since I have used this but I am going to start back up again. I have four new clients and 4 new experiences that I am looking forward to. I love working with each one and will start with the 4th client tomorrow. Each client brings something new and a challenge for me to challenge them. I will do everything I can to get them to their goals.

Barb, I love working with her! She is a riot and one of the hardest working people I have worked with. I can tell her a workout and she is ready to do it. She loves it and I have a blast working with her. We are moving fast in the right direction and making strides in everything she has done. Her squat is getting lower and her work capacity has improved with only a few sessions under her belt. I will continue to push her and will keep updating this blog with her success!

Rita & Paula, these two are beyond fun to train. I had the pleasure to have the first session this past friday night, and I can't think of a better way to start my weekend than to be around these ladies. They were making huge improvements in just the little time we worked together. DU's got a lot better, getting so close to no band pull ups and the snatch was great. They are moving so much more fluid and stable in all the movements. Trying to eliminate the extra movements will make them faster and more efficient. Both are a blast and look forward to more sessions with these two!

Shelley, can't wait to train her. She has the potential to be a beast in the CrossFit world and I hope I can fine tune her movements and make her faster and stronger. I will see her soon so I will be updating her strides as we go along this journey.

All of these people give me the joy of personal training and I hope I return that joy to them. I cannot wait to see what the future holds and see all of their improvements.
